A multi level cardio, resistance and core class incorporating athletic moves on both the floor and a step to increase cardiovascular strength and endurance. The resistance training will incorporate dumbbells, stability balls, BOSU and body weight exercises and alternate with cardio and core work. It's a great way to get a full body workout and have some fun moving to music!
