Pilates mat classes, taught by Amy and John of Pilates Haven, are workouts focused on building both strength and flexibility. The classes follow the classical order of the matwork in Joseph Pilates' method, with each class having different variations and focuses to make sure the students are always getting the most out of each exercise. You'll find and challenge your "Powerhouse" (Pilates term for core muscles), work up a sweat, and leave standing taller and feeling energized.
