The class is structured around Hatha yoga and sequences warm-up stretching, flow, and cool-down/relaxation for a complete practice. Andrea’s class offers strength-building and de-stressing, with an emphasis on correct alignment so that students achieve the results that are in line with their goals. Variations on poses are offered so that students may adapt the class to what works best for their body. This class is suitable for everyone from beginners to more advanced students.
