“I started my journey to fitness at the age of 12 practicing Martial Arts and gymnastics and competing in my first national Karate tournament at the age of 13 and becoming a Karate instructor at the age of 15.”
“Eat healthy, stay active, & enjoy life.”
“I love the name of this gym; Mindful Activity. Knowing WHY you’re doing a certain movement and creating goals that are specific to you is essential when starting a fitness routine.”
My motto is “Show up, listen and work hard” or “do crunches, not munches.” I also believe training should be fun and functional.
Live life strong and pain-free.
“Strength doesn’t come from what you can do, it comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn’t do.”
It’s never too late to reinvent yourself!!! Let’s go!!
